The Business Director provides business and technical leadership by providing technical expertise and guidance to others and focuses on all aspects of service delivery drawing on knowledge and experience to high quality outcomes for clients. With the Business Manager this role has ultimate responsibility for business and customer service outcomes.

Technical Sales Director - Matthew Simmons

The Technical Sales Director provides expertise and guidance to our clients and team to deliver high quality outcomes for clients. Matthew has over 25 years experience in all aspects of mechanical engineering, refrigeration, air-conditioning, air handling units, ventilation, commercial kitchen exhaust systems and cold rooms.

Service Manager

The Service Manager provides technical leadership by providing technical expertise and guidance to others and focuses on all aspects of service delivery drawing on knowledge and experience to high quality outcomes for clients. This role has the following main areas of responsibility; managing and guiding team members, work scheduling, job quoting, purchasing and project management.

Mechanical Engineers

Our Mechanical Engineers are university qualified engineers with practical experience designing and managing the construction of refrigeration and HVAC systems.  ACRO has its own in-house mechanical engineers to assist our technicians deliver the highest quality trades service.

Licensed Technicians

The Refrigeration Mechanic and Electricians are responsible for all aspects of installation, repair, maintenance, testing, commissioning and/or fault finding in relation to refrigeration, and/or electrical services for Acro’s customers in the commercial and industrial sector of the Refrigeration industry.
