Key actions included: Rapid diagnosis of the moisture-locked TX valve and corrective works to restore refrigerant flow; Repair and replacement of glycol pipework where required; Refrigerant works to restore correct system operation and performance; Inspection and reset of ice machine filtration systems; Implementation of a forward maintenance plan to prevent recurrence; System testing and verification to confirm stable operation across all assets
