Why is my Hoshizaki showing low production?Usually airflow/condenser dust, scale on the plate, a lazy float switch or water filter at end-of-life. We clean, descale and reset harvest parameters.

My Scotsman makes small/mushy cubes—what’s wrong?Scale or weak water flow. We descale, check pump and inlet valve, verify water level and freeze time.

How often should I descale?Quarterly for hard-water or high-throughput venues; six-monthly otherwise. Always change filters on schedule.

Can you fix nugget/flaker gearmotor issues?Yes. We assess auger/bearing wear and gearmotor current draw; replace worn components and realign.

Will you void my warranty?No. We follow manufacturer procedures and use approved parts. We’ll advise if a warranty claim applies.
