The Challenge
The project involved rectifying two separate refrigeration faults in a hospital food court, where safety, reliability and public exposure were all critical considerations. One unit presented an immediate electrical safety issue due to exposed live parts, while the other had refrigeration performance issues caused by moisture contamination. All works had to be completed efficiently and safely in a busy public setting with minimal disruption.
Our Solution
Acro Refrigeration diagnosed the faults during the scheduled service visit and returned with the required parts and repair plan to fully rectify both systems. We replaced the damaged pressure control components to eliminate the electrical hazard, carried out the necessary works to address moisture contamination in the display fridge system, and tested both units to confirm proper refrigeration performance and safe operation in compliance with site requirements.
