The Challenge
The client required a large-scale cold room and freezer facility to support operational demand, but the existing building could not support the load of the proposed structure. This created a critical constraint — without a viable structural solution, the project would require relocation or significant compromise on capacity and design.
Our Solution
We engineered and delivered a full design and construct solution, working with structural engineers to implement a cost-effective steel support system that enabled the build within the existing facility. The cold room and freezer were then constructed and commissioned to deliver high-capacity, reliable performance without requiring relocation or redesign of the client’s operation.
