School Tuckshop Cold Room Replacement and Upgrade
Cold room demolition and rebuild for a school tuckshop, completed by Acro Refrigeration during the holiday period with new panels, doors, flooring, controls and alarm system.
The Challenge
The project had to be delivered within a strict school holiday window, with no flexibility for delays, as the tuckshop needed to be fully operational for the return of students and staff. This required complete demolition and rebuild works to be carefully planned and executed within a compressed timeframe, while coordinating multiple trades and ensuring all systems were installed, tested and commissioned before handover.
Our Solution
Acro Refrigeration planned and executed a tightly staged demolition and rebuild program, removing the existing cold room and installing a complete new system including flooring, panels, doors, shelving, electrical and control systems. The works were sequenced to maximise efficiency within the holiday period, with full commissioning and testing completed prior to handover to ensure the facility was ready for immediate use.
